Notice of Temporary Closure of Showrooms in Knoxville, Chattanooga, & Cookeville effective 3-30-2020

After careful consideration, we have decided to close our showrooms & warehouses to customers in order to reduce the possibility of exposure and/or transmission of the COVID-19 virus. For the safety of our staff, their families, and our customers, all Flowers Direct locations will operate with a limited to no contact means of business similar to that which is quickly becoming the new norm.

1. DELIVERY- Members of the Flowers Direct delivery team will no longer enter our customer’s facility when making a delivery. We ask that you meet our driver at your establishment’s receiving door to facilitate a safe transfer of goods.
2. PICK UP (WILL CALL)- Call or text when you have arrived and we will meet you outside our facilities at your vehicle.
   **PLEASE NOTE that all Flowers Direct stores are now limited to employees only as we adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines requiring caps on the number of people allowed to gather in a single location. No others will be allowed entry regardless of circumstance.

Please be mindful that our hours are subject to change daily and without notice. We will continue to open all stores Monday – Saturday by 7am with closures to be determined locally. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to resuming a normal course of business as soon as circumstances allow. In the meantime stay safe and be well as we get through this crisis together.
